1. Keep it gentle

For the first 24–48 hours, stick to a mild, fragrance-free cleanser and lightweight moisturizer. Avoid exfoliants, retinoids, or active ingredients.

2. Hydrate well

Dermal fillers (especially hyaluronic acid ones) love hydration! Drink plenty of water and use a hydrating serum or cream to support skin recovery.

3. Use a cold compress (if needed)

Mild swelling or bruising is normal—especially with fillers. Gently apply a cold compress for short intervals.

4. Sleep with your head elevated

For the first night, try to sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated. This helps reduce swelling and avoids pressure on the treated area.

5. Apply sunscreen

Sun exposure can increase inflammation and slow healing. Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher, even if you’re just indoors.

1. No makeup for 24 hours

4. Avoid alcohol
